A Workshop Designed About You—For You.

 In the relentless pace of the day-to-day, and the many hats we wear in life, it is easy to lose sight of the bigger picture of our lives and what we really want. So much of our day-to-day is guided by what other people need or expect from us. This workshop is about envisioning what you want in 2020 and beyond (both personally and professionally) – and building the mindsetcommunity, and actions to get there.

In this workshop, you will focus on…

  • Aiming High & Dreaming Big 

  • Using your Core values as your guide 

  • Uncovering your Passion and Purpose (in the current phase of your life)

  • Crystalizing your Vision for yourself

  • Having a Plan & Holding yourself Accountable

  • Identifying & Breaking Through the barriers that hold you back.

  • Building connections with people who can support you along the way (if that’s your jam!)

  • And, ultimately…becoming a master manifester!

The Agenda/Flow of the Day...

  • 9:30-10 Arrive & Get Settled (coffee. & tea will be available)

  • 10-10:30 Opening & Ice breakers—get to know who is in the room & hear Mitch’s story (framing up the “secret sauce” for success)

  • 10:30-11:30 Begin with the End in Mindvalues clarification & visioning exercises (reflecting, writing, small group discussions)...This section will include a Values Sort/Clarification exercise followed by a letter to your future self. This segment is designed to get you clear on what you want in the next phase of your life and career, and will ensure that your goals are aligned with your core values.

  • 11:30-12:30 Goal setting and Vision boarding (each participant will decide to focus on career goals, personal goals or both—as they create a vision board)

  • 12:30-1 LUNCH (included)

  • 1-1:30 Vision boarding continued + Goals prioritization

  • 1:30-2:30 Identifying and overcoming the 5 most common obstacles (fear/risk aversion, self doubt, time constraints, asking for help, building the right network) + self reflection on most common obstacles you face.

  • 2:30-2:45 break

  • 2:45-3:45 Action planningThe Universe Loves Motion. Building your 30-60-90 day plan—with Keita Williams, The Success Bully & Mitch’s current coach. Keita will use Mitch as an example as she demonstrates how to create habits & plans that move you in the direction of goal achievement.

  • 3:45-4 Close & Key Take-Aways

  • Additional breaks as needed throughout the day.

  • Happy Hour Mingle 4-5:30pm
